ElectraCare Pty Ltd (ABN TO BE CONFIRMED) respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why, and what we do with it.
What we collect
When you call us or book a job, we collect what we need to do the work: your name, phone number, email address, the job address and details of the job. This website does not use a contact form, analytics or advertising cookies.
Online bookings
Online bookings are handled by ServiceM8, a third-party job management system. Information you enter in the booking form is stored by ServiceM8 under its own privacy policy, and shared with us so we can schedule your job.
How we use it
We use your details to quote, schedule and complete your job, send you appointment reminders and updates by SMS, invoice you, and meet our legal obligations, such as electrical safety records. We don't sell your information or share it with anyone for marketing.
Keeping it safe
We take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access, and we only keep it for as long as we need it.
Access and complaints
You can ask to see or correct the personal information we hold about you, or raise a privacy concern, by calling 1300 905 067. If you're not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
